Position: Information System Audit Officer
Job Description
Conduct independent IS and technology audits across the network, systems, applications, and data environments.
Evaluate cybersecurity controls, monitoring mechanisms, and incident management processes.
Review OSS/BSS systems for billing integrity, access control, and revenue protection.
Coordinate and review VAPT activities and track remediation status.
Assess data center, cloud, and virtualization security controls.
Ensure compliance with telecom regulations, cybersecurity bylaws, and data privacy requirements.
Coordinate IS audits and ISO 27001 audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Review BCP/DR readiness and disaster recovery testing.
Audit third-party vendors and SLA compliance.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
Job Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Information Systems Audit, IT Audit, IT Security, or Network Administration.
Experience in ISP / Telecom / Managed Service Provider environment is an advantage.
CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (Highly Preferred)CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CISM (Advantage)Strong understanding of ISP architecture, routing and switching, and high-availability systems.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and audit methodologies.
Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
High professional integrity, independence, and confidentiality.
Ability to communicate technical risks in business terms.in
