Role Description
Vasista Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Service Sr. Associate for a full-time hybrid role located in Ilam. The primary responsibilities include delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards. Additional responsibilities include managing service flow, coordinating with kitchen staff, and upholding hygiene and safety protocols. This role demands a focus on excellent guest experiences and efficient teamwork.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Food Service, Food & Beverage management, and Culinary Skills
- Strong Customer Service acumen and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards within the food and beverage industry
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in hybrid settings
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations is beneficial
- A degree or certification in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field is an advantage
