Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in BPO and call center services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure service alignment
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in outsourcing or call center industry
- Strong understanding of BPO services, customer support operations, and sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
