Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer & Video Editor with at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual design, and editing techniques to produce engaging content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and ads
- Edit videos for various formats including reels, ads, brand films, and promotional content
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements
- Conceptualize and execute visual storytelling aligned with brand guidelines
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in motion design and video editing, preferably in a marketing agency
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience in creating social media content and performance-driven creatives
- Basic knowledge of sound design and video formats/codecs
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Blender or Cinema 4D) is a plus
- Knowledge of storytelling for performance marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with brand identity systems
