Upload Media Services is a leading Australian media company specialising in real estate photography, videography, floor plans, and visual marketing solutions. We work with real estate agencies, developers, and businesses to deliver exceptional visual content that helps properties stand out in the market.
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Photo & Video Editor with Floor Plan Design experience to join our growing team in Nepal.
- Edit and enhance real estate photographs to professional standards.
- Perform HDR blending, exposure correction, colour balancing, and white balance adjustments.
- Conduct sky replacements, window masking, perspective correction, and object removal.
- Ensure image consistency and quality across all projects.
- Deliver edited images within agreed turnaround times.
- Edit real estate walkthrough videos and promotional content.
- Sync music, transitions, titles, logos, and branding elements.
- Perform colour correction and basic audio enhancement.
- Create engaging videos suitable for websites and social media platforms.
- Export videos according to client specifications and deadlines.
- Create accurate 2D floor plans from sketches, measurements, or reference materials.
- Prepare floor plans in accordance with company branding guidelines.
- Ensure all floor plans are clear, professional, and error-free.
- Make revisions promptly based on client feedback.
- Proven experience in real estate photo editing and video editing.
- Experience in designing residential floor plans.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- Experience with Floor Plan Creator, AutoCAD, CubiCasa, or similar software is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable computer setup and stable high-speed internet connection.
