Location: Remote (Based in Kathmandu, with frequent field movement)
Working Hours: Full-time (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT +5:45)
Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000 (Based on performance and experience)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Business Development Officer to accelerate Next Coach’s growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining sales, partnerships, marketing execution, and on-ground activation.
You will be directly responsible for driving business growth, building partnerships, and expanding our presence through both digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and convert B2B opportunities (colleges, institutes, organizations)
- Conduct in-person meetings and pitch Next Coach’s SaaS platform
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Market Expansion
- Execute localized growth strategies within Kathmandu
- Identify and act on high-potential market segments
- Events & Community Activation
- Plan, organize, and host webinars, workshops, and physical events
- Represent Next Coach in meetings, activations, and partner engagements
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist in social media execution and content coordination
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and audience engagement
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct structured outreach (calls, emails, field visits)
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA graduate (recently completed preferred)
- Prior experience or exposure in HR, Business Development, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote, execution-heavy role
Mandatory:
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
- Access to a personal two-wheeler for field movement within Kathmandu
