Job Description of Sales & Marketing Executive


Job Summary


Sales and Marketing is one of the most integral parts of the operation and oversees the efficient sales of the product and creates more chances and clients and analyzes the market as per the competition. Sales and Marketing Executives research and develop marketing and sales strategies for a company. Their job is to drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies. Sales and Marketing Executives are also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.


We are looking for a friendly and energetic person to greet customers, answer and queries with complete focus to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage commitment and personal learning of the workforce.


Main responsibility as a Sales & Marketing Executive will be to bridge the gap between the business needs of the customer as mentioned below include.


1.⁠ ⁠Sales Development & Client Acquisition

● Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.

● Answer client queries on product specifications, uses, and pricing, ensuring strong customer service.

● Conduct product and service demonstrations as required by clients or management.

● Schedule client appointments, visits, and meetings to strengthen relationships and close deals.

● Find innovative ways to drive sales even during market downturns.

● Most time will be spent on field visits to acquire new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients and build business.


2.⁠ ⁠Marketing & Branding

● Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.

● Design and implement marketing plans for company products and services.

● Coordinate with media representatives, sponsors, and partners for promotional activities.

● Organize and represent the company in workshops, seminars, exhibitions, training programs, and promotional booths.

● Contribute to content and materials for product brochures, digital campaigns, and branding collaterals.


3.⁠ ⁠Market Research & Analysis

● Conduct market research on rival products, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

● Research client base to identify and target new customers.

● Track and analyze sales data, providing regular reports and presentations to management.

● Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning, pricing, and promotions.


4.⁠ ⁠Team Support & Training

● Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.

● Share product knowledge resources to improve overall team expertise.

● Train and mentor junior sales staff in sales techniques and marketing approaches.

● Ensure all sales team members consistently meet their targets.

● Lead by example, setting a standard of professionalism and performance.


5.⁠ ⁠Relationship Management

● Maintain long-term, positive client relations to encourage repeat business.

● Follow up on client feedback, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.

● Build networks with industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers.


6.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Administration

● Prepare day-to-day sales and marketing reports for management review.

● Monitor progress against sales targets and marketing KPIs.

● Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and market presence.


Preferred Requirement

● Must have a valid two wheeler driving license and own Motorbike/Scooter.

● Education: Bachelor’s in marketing, business or equivalent.

● Minimum one year experience. One year experience in the medical line will be an advantage.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.

● Computer skills in MS Office,Excel & ERP System.
