Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Holidays & Visa Officer located on-site in Kathmandu. The Holidays & Visa Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications, providing guidance on immigration issues, organizing holidays, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Daily tasks include handling visa documentation, staying up-to-date with immigration regulations, coordinating holiday packages, and resolving client inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience with visa applications and Immigration Issues
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
