Role Description
We are seeking a Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role located in Janakpur. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone inquiries, handling check-ins and check-outs, maintaining reservation systems, and addressing guest needs. The role also entails performing clerical tasks, ensuring efficient daily operations, and providing excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and provide a positive guest experience
- Effective Communication and Clerical Skills for managing basic administrative tasks and interacting professionally with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with local tourism and attractions in Janakpur is a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
- Proficiency in English and Nepali; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
