Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned outlets.
  • The role requires ensuring proper coordination between kitchen, service, bar, and support teams.
  • The manager will monitor service quality and maintain brand standards across all outlets.
  • The manager will conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.

Team Management

  • The Operations Manager will lead, supervise, and guide outlet managers and staff.
  • The role includes ensuring proper staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
  • The manager will work closely with HR for recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • The manager will ensure team discipline, motivation, and performance management.

Guest Experience

  • The Operations Manager will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all outlets.
  • The manager will handle escalated guest complaints in a professional manner.
  • The role involves implementing feedback systems to improve guest experience.

Financial Performance

  • The Operations Manager will monitor sales, costs, and profitability of outlets.
  • The manager will control expenses, wastage, and pilferage.
  • The role includes working towards achieving revenue targets and improving margins.
  • The manager will analyze reports and recommend improvements.

Compliance & Standards

  • The Operations Manager will ensure hygiene, safety, and legal compliance across all outlets.

Coordination & Reporting

  • The Operations Manager will coordinate with finance, HR, and marketing departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • The candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations.
  • The candidate should have strong leadership and team management skills.
  • The candidate must have good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • The candidate should have knowledge of financial management and reporting.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
