We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our paid acquisition strategies across Google and Meta platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can drive measurable growth while optimizing cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing, growth, and revenue objectives.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid strategies, and landing page optimization.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data using analytics tools and attribution models to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee budget allocation and pacing across campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page experiences.
- Partner with product, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Implement and manage tracking systems (e.g., pixels, tags, conversion APIs) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and technologies to scale performance marketing efforts.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, delivering regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and performance excellence.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, data privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI and revenue impact.
- Strong expertise in major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other programmatic tools.
- Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4), attribution models, and conversion tracking methodologies.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and tracking integrations.
- Solid understanding of customer acquisition funnels, user behavior, and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
