Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our Kathmandu studio. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and collaborate with the sales and design teams to create effective campaigns. They will also handle customer service inquiries, maintain client relationships, and assist in driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives aligned with Aesthera's mission to deliver impactful solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate and build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Experience with Marketing Strategy development and implementation to drive brand growth and achieve objectives.
- Background in Sales, with the ability to develop and maintain client partnerships.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role within a creative or digital environment is a plus.
