Job Description
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web-based applications, including functional, regression, system, and integration testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Analyze requirements, create detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute test cases, report defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups as part of Agile teams.
- Ensure test coverage and adherence to quality standards throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
- 3–4 years of experience in software testing (Manual + Automation).
- Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing of web applications.
- Working knowledge of Java programming for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
- Experience in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Exposure to version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within teams.
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
