Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in React.js to lead a team of 5 frontend engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications, mentoring team members, and driving engineering excellence.

This role requires a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms to ensure optimal performance, along with a forward-thinking mindset to integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into everyday development. You will play a key role in driving AI-assisted engineering practices, improving developer productivity, and enhancing code quality across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a frontend team
Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js
Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Architect frontend systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reusability
Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce best practices
Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize applications
Drive engineering standards, tooling decisions, and frontend architecture
Mentor junior developers and elevate overall team capability

AI & Innovation Responsibilities:

Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, AI debugging assistants) into the development lifecycle
Use AI to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
Evaluate and adopt new AI-powered developer tools and frameworks
Promote and standardize AI-assisted development practices across the team
Guide the team on effective prompt engineering and AI usage for frontend workflows
Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven features into frontend products (e.g., personalization, automation, intelligent UI behaviors)

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in frontend development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Extensive hands-on experience with React.js and modern frontend patterns
Strong experience with Redux for state management (Thunk/Saga is a plus)
Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms with performance-oriented thinking
Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.)
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration
Strong hands-on experience with Git (branching strategies, PR workflows, conflict resolution)
Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with end-to-end testing (Playwright) and unit/component testing (Jest, React Testing Library

AI-Specific Skills

Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) in development workflows
Ability to leverage AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and test creation
Understanding of AI-assisted development best practices and limitations
Familiarity with integrating AI APIs (optional but preferred)
Strong curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI technologies
