Classic Diamond is looking for a Floor Manager who has a strong background in hospitality sectors. Your main job is to make sure every customer feels like a VIP. You will manage the store's look, the staff's presentation, and the overall "five-star" feeling of the boutique.
Role Requirements:
- Customer Welcome: Greet guests warmly when they enter. Be the main face at the reception.
- Store Look (Aesthetics): Suggest and check store displays. Make sure the lighting, music, and cleanliness are perfect.
- Staff Management: Check that all sales staff are well-groomed, wearing clean uniforms, and acting professionally.
- Staff Scheduling: Manage the duty roster, leaves, and shift timings for the sales team.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and check WhatsApp/messages to make sure customers get polite and quick replies.
- Hospitality Touch: Ensure clients are offered an exceptional store visit experience similar to a high-end hotel.
Job Specification
Required Education Level: Undergraduate (Bachelor)
Required Experience: More than 3 years
Other Specification:
- Experience: 3+ years working in a hospitality field(Front Office/Guest Relations), premium airline, or high-end hospitality.
- Language: Must be able to speak and write well in both English and Nepali.
- Eye for Detail: You must notice small things (like a fingerprint on a glass case or a staff member with an untidy shirt).
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team with a kind but firm "service-first" attitude.
