Career कौशल is a structured, mentorship-driven initiative designed to empower IT students through practical learning, real-world problem solving, and career development. The program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations by creating a guided environment where students actively apply their skills.    

Career कौशल is designed not just as an event, but as a career-focused skill development platform aimed at building confidence, clarity, and real-world capability among students.          

We are looking for motivated and capable individuals to join Career कौशल as Inducers. Inducers play a critical role in the program by acting as the bridge between mentors and student participants.

They are responsible for delivering sessions, guiding students through structured tasks, supporting idea development, and ensuring consistent engagement at the college level. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, communication skills, and mentoring ability.

Inducers will be assigned to specific colleges and will work closely with students to support their learning journey from onboarding to final evaluation stages.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions and guide students at assigned colleges
• Translate mentor guidance into practical, student-friendly learning
• Support participants across Tech, Logic, and Present areas
• Assist students in problem understanding, idea development, and execution
• Guide students through structured tasks, activities, and evaluations
• Provide continuous feedback and monitor student progress
• Support team (Atom) formation and collaboration
• Help students structure ideas and prepare for presentations/pitches
• Maintain engagement, participation,and discipline throughout sessions
• Coordinate with mentors and organizers to ensure smooth program execution           

Qualifications & Skills

1. Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a technology-related field (IT, Computer Science, Software, etc.)  

2.Technical & Practical Understanding:

Familiarity with at least one of the following:

• Programming languages
• UI/UX tools
• Development frameworks or platforms
• Basic understanding of project development lifecycle
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simplified manner.     

3.Core Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to guide and mentor students effectively
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking ability
• Team coordination and leadership mindset
• Adaptability in handling different learning levels and situations.
