Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Social Media/Community Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, implementing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns, and cultivating a strong online community. Day-to-day tasks include developing and scheduling posts, analyzing audience engagement, responding to community interactions, and strategizing innovative ways to amplify brand presence. The role demands collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

- Reporting: Track weekly growth and engagement metrics to see what’s working.
