**Job Title:** PCL Nurse – CAPD Dialysis Specialist

* Educate patients and their families on CAPD procedures, hygiene, and home care techniques
* Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and dialysis outcomes
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
* Ensure strict infection control and safety protocols are followed
* Assist physicians during patient assessments and treatment planning
* Respond to patient concerns and provide compassionate support
**Requirements:**
* PCL Nursing qualification with valid registration
* Prior experience in dialysis or CAPD preferred (training can be provided for suitable candidates)
* Strong communication and patient counseling skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
