Job Description
Job DescriptionOur Client, DV Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee documentation, payroll support, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection
- Prepare and publish job vacancies across relevant platforms
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents
- Maintain personal files and updated employee records
- Prepare employee contracts and agreements with Chairman’s approval
- Monitor and maintain daily attendance records
- Track employee leave and update leave balances
- Prepare monthly attendance reports
- Provide accurate attendance and leave data for payroll processing
- Verify overtime, allowances, and deductions
- Prepare and finalize administrative and marketing salaries by the 5th of each month
- Coordinate salary disbursement for bank transfer by the 7th
- Prepare SSF reports and ensure timely deposits by the 10th
- Collect and verify marketing expense bills by the 7th
- Prepare expense statements for bank transfer processing by the 15th
- Prepare warning letters, notices, and memos when required
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies
- Coordinate performance appraisal documentation with Chairman’s approval
- Process employee resignations and conduct exit procedures
- Handle clearance processes
- Prepare experience and clearance letters
- Support management with HR reports and documentation
- Coordinate with HR software implementation teams and provide required data
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chairman or Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
