Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote (Nepal-Based)

We are currently seeking a qualified HR Administrator to manage and optimize HR systems, automate workflows, and support the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage automated hiring workflows in JazzHR

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in GoCo

  • Ensure completion and compliance of US I-9 forms and other required onboarding documentation

  • Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and HR documentation

  • Support US-based payroll, benefits, and compliance processes

  • Track deadlines, employee records, and HR documentation for accuracy and compliance

  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements for HR operations

  • Assist with HR compliance related to US labor law, PTO policies, and leave management

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in any HR field

  • Experience using JazzHR, GoCo, or other HRIS/ATS systems

  • Knowledge of US HR compliance, including I-9 and onboarding/offboarding requirements

  • Experience automating HR workflows and building SOPs

  • Strong digital and tech skills; comfortable working remotely with a US-based team

  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $500–$700 per month, depending on experience

  • Fully remote position

  • Work hours: 6 am to 2 pm CST
