Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member, based in Maharajgunj, kathmandu. The role includes managing receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming and assisting visitors, and ensuring the overall efficient operation of the front desk. Additionally, responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining records and related administrative tasks. The selected candidate will act as the first point of contact and represent the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage calls, greet visitors, and coordinate front-desk operations.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and provide a positive experience.
- Basic Computer Literacy to manage scheduling systems, emails, and other administrative software.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
