A Store Officer is responsible for managing inventory, which includes receiving, storing, and issuing supplies for the company’s daily operations. Key duties include maintaining stock levels, conducting regular stock checks and physical inventories, keeping storerooms organized and clean, and coordinating with other departments to ensure an adequate supply of goods and services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Knowledge of proper storage and handling procedures, including food safety guidelines.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in the hospitality sector (hotel or restaurant).
