Located at the Le Sherpa Farmers Market, we connect directly with customers while sharing our passion for chocolate. As we expand, our goal is to establish Nepal’s first boutique chocolatier shop, where innovation and craftsmanship meet excellence.
Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Staff member for a full-time on-site position at our Kathmandu location. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selections, providing exceptional customer service at the Le Monal Store in Gabahal, Lalitpur, maintaining an organized sales area, helping with inventory management, and contributing to an inviting and welcoming shopping environment. Additionally, you will share insights about our products, brand story, and ensure a memorable experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to provide excellent support and build relationships with customers
- Sales and merchandising experience to assist with product displays and achieving sales goals
- Inventory management and organizational skills for maintaining stock levels and a tidy workspace
- Basic knowledge of artisan products, food handling, or willingness to learn about our chocolates and brand philosophy
- A team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
