This full-time, on-site role of Food and Beverage Cashier is based in Kathmandu. The Food and Beverage Cashier will be responsible for handling customer payments, ensuring accurate cash handling, and maintaining daily sales records. They will also provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and communicate effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean work area, adhering to food safety standards, and supporting the food and beverage team in their operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prior experience or skills in cash handling and operating POS systems
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Nepali; additional languages are an advantage
- Completion of high school education or equivalent; prior cashier or F&B experience is preferred
