Job Description

Position: Bhojpuri Language Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $95/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Translate, review, and edit Bhojpuri content to ensure linguistic accuracy and quality.
Evaluate, annotate, and provide feedback on language data for AI model training.
Develop and validate Bhojpuri linguistic resources to improve AI performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on language and AI-driven projects.
Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and style across all outputs.
Identify linguistic nuances and cultural context to enhance language understanding.
Contribute to the improvement of language processes and tools.

Requirements

Native or near-native proficiency in Bhojpuri with strong linguistic expertise.
Strong experience in translation, editing, and content review.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bhojpuri and English.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
Ability to provide structured feedback and support AI model training.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
