Job Description
Jobs Dynamics- Visit customers regularly to promote and sell additive products.
- Identify and develop new clients, distributors, and dealers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and collections.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction materials, chemicals, or building products)
- Freshers with strong sales interest and technical understanding may also be considered
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field visits
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Good understanding of construction materials / chemical products (tile adhesives, waterproofing, admixtures, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships (dealers, distributors, contractors)
- Strong market analysis and business development skills
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting
- Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
