Job Description

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Providing policy-based resolutions to customers and partners.
  • Assisting with complex cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve support processes and documentation.


Requirements:


  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup).
  • Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
  • 6+ months of experience in customer support.
  • Fluency in Nepali and English.
