Job Description

- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing policy-based resolutions to customers and partners.
- Assisting with complex cases in a timely and professional manner
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions.
- Collaborating with the team to improve support processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- A personal laptop or PC with stable internet and power supply (including backup).
- Ability to work in a team and support colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
- 6+ months of experience in customer support.
- Fluency in Nepali and English.
