Gautam International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Officer to manage and maintain accurate company records. The ideal candidate will ensure all documentation is properly prepared, reviewed, and stored in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain and organize filing systems for both physical and digital records
Ensure all documents are updated regularly and easily accessible
Handle confidential documents with a high level of integrity and security
Coordinate with different departments to collect and manage required documentation
Monitor document flow and ensure proper record-keeping procedures are followed
Assist in audits and documentation checks when required

Educational Qualification
Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) passed or above
Skills and Requirements
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
