Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the workshop
- Coordinate with technicians and manage workflow efficiently
- Monitor daily service progress and maintain accurate reports
- Attend to customer inquiries and service requests professionally
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues, repairs, and service timelines
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of automobile service processes
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
Technical Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Familiarity with workshop operations is an advantage
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience preferred (freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply)
