Job Description
Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the workshop
  • Coordinate with technicians and manage workflow efficiently
  • Monitor daily service progress and maintain accurate reports
  • Attend to customer inquiries and service requests professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle issues, repairs, and service timelines
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of automobile service processes
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks

Technical Knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
  • Familiarity with workshop operations is an advantage

Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience preferred (freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply)
