Job Description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Attend breakdown calls. Provide prompt service (inside and outside valley).
- Complete Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) on time (Inside/outside valley).
- Complete Safety updates provided by company on time.
- Available to attend service call for any equipment supplied by East West in case of emergency/ as per requirement.
- Coordinate in all large field projects, repairing and replacing equipment for response time and service levels.
- Maintenance of the hardware and software product problems on time by giving the good services as needed.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Other works when and as assigned by the company.
