About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven 3W Sales Head to lead sales operations, expand dealer networks, and drive overall business growth. This role requires strong coordination across sales, marketing, and collections functions.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive retail performance
- Manage billing processes and ensure smooth operations
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Develop and expand dealer networks
- Monitor collections and ensure timely payment realization
- Handle stock management, including clearance of old vehicle inventory
- 5–6 years of experience in sales (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Result-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
