Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage Modern Trade sales for consumer electronics products such as TVs, refrigerators, and other home appliances. The candidate will be responsible for handling key retail accounts including Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket and other major stores across Kathmandu.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop sales in modern trade outlets (Bhat-Bhateni and other leading retail stores).
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding in stores.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct in-store promotions and customer engagement activities.
  • Train store sales staff about product features and benefits.
  • Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in consumer electronics or modern trade).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with retail partners.
  • Basic understanding of TV, refrigerators, and electronic appliances.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Must be willing to travel within Kathmandu.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling modern trade outlets like Bhat-Bhateni.
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and retail operations.
