This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service and Store Associate based in Kathmandu. The associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer loyalty by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions. The role includes assisting customers with inquiries, managing retail sales transactions, maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization, and supporting inventory management. The associate will also ensure that customers have a seamless experience both in-store and while accessing JiriHealth's products and services.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Loyalty skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Experience in Retail Sales and Store Management to meet sales targets and oversee store operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while staying detail-oriented and proactive
- Enthusiasm for health, nutrition, and wellness is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or sales are an advantage
