Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Australia Counselor to provide end-to-end guidance to students aspiring to study in Australia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving student success by managing the complete application and visa process while maintaining high conversion rates and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide comprehensive counseling to students regarding study opportunities in Australia, including course selection, university options, and career pathways
-Assess student profiles and recommend suitable institutions and programs based on academic background and goals
-Manage the complete application process, including documentation, SOP/GTE/GS preparation, and submission
-Guide students through visa processes, including financial documentation and interview preparation
Stay updated with the latest Australian education system, immigration policies, and compliance
Requirements
-Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing
-Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
-Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and conversion targets
-Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities
Job Specifications
-Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field
-Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Australia counseling or admissions
-Proven track record of successful student conversions and visa approvals
