> Provide detailed product information and comparisons for laptops, mobile phones and other gadgets.
> Demonstrate product features and ensure customers understand their usage and specifications.
> Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and store cleanliness.
> Stay updated on the latest technology trends, new arrivals and product updates.
> Address customer inquiries and complaints while providing excellent after-sales support.
Qualifications & skills:
> Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in retail sales of laptops, mobile phones and accessories.
> Strong product knowledge of laptops, smartphones, accessories, and related tech.
> Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
