About the Role:

As a Sales Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping RigoHR's growth and success. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients by showcasing the value of RigoHR software.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, onboarding, and developing strategic channel partners in targeted regions and industries.
  • Creating channel partner engagement plans, including sales training, product demonstrations, and marketing support, ensuring channel partners comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating partner performance to ensure achievement of sales targets and brand standards.
  • Building strong relationships with partners to ensure consistent communication, support, and collaboration.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to provide partners with updated product knowledge, promotional materials, pricing, and technical resources.
  • Driving joint business development activities with partners including co-selling, co-marketing, and event participation.
  • Preparing periodic reports on partner performance, pipeline, revenue contribution, and growth opportunities and primarily reporting to HOD.
  • Managing outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sale opportunities.
  • Monitoring client activities in CRM.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and discuss the same with the internal team.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Overseeing the development of proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within Business Development as well as the Customer Success Department and Accounts Department.
  • Any other tasks as assigned to you by the HOD and other executives.


Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.'
  • Proven experience (3-4 years) in sales roles, preferably in the software industry, with a strong understanding of client management strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to details.
  • Strong task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of HR technology or software solutions is a plus.
