Job Overview
We are in a confidential search for a dynamic Business Development professional to spearhead our expansion within the Japanese market. This role focuses on identifying and securing partnerships with Japanese Supervising Organizations and Receiving Companies to create opportunities for technical interns and skilled workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify, approach, and develop a robust network of Japanese partners within the TITP and SSW sectors.
- Partnership Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Japanese unions and host companies; negotiate and facilitate the signing of cooperation agreements.
- Strategic Networking: Conduct market research to stay ahead of recruitment trends and labor demands in Japan.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal recruitment and training teams to ensure candidate profiles align with Japanese partner requirements.
- Public Relations: Represent the group in online and offline business meetings and international networking events.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and B2B sales skills.
- Mindset: Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of building long-term professional relationships.
- Experience: Prior experience in manpower export, study abroad consultancy, or international business development is highly advantageous.
