RB Merchant Pvt. Ltd is a trading company with a focus on cutting edge medical products line for various multinational companies. We are looking for an experienced and qualified Salesperson to sell and promote our product line.

Requirements:

• Preferably a strong sales background in the medical sector with knowledge of sales techniques, Biomedical Engineering Freshers are encourages to apply.

• Knowledge of the country’s health system and healthcare industry

• Strong interpersonal skills, Expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Google Workspace

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.

• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term complex relationships with users of medical equipment, such as doctors, physical therapists, and other stakeholders such as procurement managers, and healthcare administrators.

•Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

•Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

Market Analysis:

Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Provide feedback to the management team to improve product offerings and strategies.

Product Expertise:

Stay updated on the latest medical device innovations and industry trends.

Attend training sessions and conferences to enhance product knowledge.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, work on tenders
