Lavie Hospitality Group is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Kathmandu for an on-site role. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, staff efficiency, and high-quality food and beverage standards. Key responsibilities include managing teams, optimizing dining experiences, monitoring inventory and financials, implementing efficient processes, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the restaurant. The role also involves recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, as well as fostering a strong team culture across the establishment.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a high-quality guest experience
- Strong leadership capabilities in Hiring, team building, and staff management
- Effective Communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors
- Comprehensive understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu oversight and quality control
- Proven ability to organize and manage restaurant operations efficiently
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for effective issue resolution
- Familiarity with hospitality management systems and inventory practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the hospitality sector
