Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS, sales support, or business planning roles
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage
- Understanding of sales processes, reporting structures, and business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
MIS & Reporting
- Design, develop, and automate MIS reports and dashboards to track business performance
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all reports
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports with detailed analysis
- Provide data support and coordination to sales teams for operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and performance trends across regions and teams
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and budgeting activities
- Track business performance against targets and identify gaps or risks
- Contribute to strategic planning through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency through automation
- Standardize reporting templates, formats, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data systems and tools
- Interpret sales and operational data to guide business decisions
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for management
- Highlight key trends, risks, and growth opportunities through analysis
