Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in Kathmandu, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Social Media Content Creator will conceptualize, create, and publish engaging digital content across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing social media strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on emerging social media trends. Collaboration with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment is key to the role.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Social Media Strategy, Digital Campaign Management, and Content Planning
Proficiency in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling
Experience with Social Media Analytics, Performance Metrics Analysis, and Optimization Techniques
Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with current digital trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts
