Job Description
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team in Nepal. In this role, you’ll help resolve inquiries, gather feedback, deal with complex cases, and keep track of support interactions.

You will be responsible for

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers in various communication channels (email, phone, chat)
  • Assisting with complex cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating customer records and maintaining accurate logs of support interactions
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction

You might be a fit if you have

  • Strong written and verbal skills in Nepali and English
  • A personal laptop or desktop with stable internet and power supply (including backup)
  • The ability to work in a team and support your colleagues
  • A willingness to learn and develop professional skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays It'd be a plus if you:
  • Have 6+ months of experience in customer support
