Marketing Assistant (Remote | Full-Time)About The Role
TalentPop is a remote-first company that partners with eCommerce brands to build high-performing teams and support their growth. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will support day-to-day marketing operations, content execution, and campaign coordination while working closely with a collaborative global team. If you enjoy both the creative and technical sides of marketing, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and update content on Webflow
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across social platforms
- Track and analyze campaign performance
- Support paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Help plan and execute webinars, workshops, and events
- Coordinate with external copywriters
- Create and manage UTM links for tracking
- Assist with HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations
- Engage and support our Slack community
- At least 1 year of digital marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience with content calendars and content planning
- Hands-on or working knowledge of HubSpot workflows
- Comfortable working with tools, systems, and data
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Exposure to AI tools and SEO is a plus, but not required
- Experience in eCommerce or interest in the space is a plus
