Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive responsible for managing our online presence, driving brand engagement, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The role requires strong coordination skills, trend awareness, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, manage, and execute social media content calendars across all platforms
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content aligned with brand strategy
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal teams for timely content delivery
- Contribute innovative ideas for brand promotion and product marketing
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Plan initiatives focused on brand awareness, user engagement, and growth
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to leverage new platforms and strategies
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across digital platforms
- Track, analyze, and improve conversion performance Cross-functional Coordination

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and campaign tools
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of content writing and branding
- Familiarity with design tools or working with creative teams
