Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer (Automobiles)Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive automobile sales and expand market presence. The candidate will be responsible for promoting vehicles, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell automobiles (cars, bikes, or commercial vehicles)
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and test drives
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business
- Coordinate with finance/insurance teams for vehicle financing and documentation
- Handle inquiries via calls, social media, and showroom visits
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales reports and maintain proper client records
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales/marketing (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for automobiles and good product knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred)
