Job Description
Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, culture, and organizational development.
Lead and oversee the HR team and daily HR operations.
Develop and execute a strong employer branding strategy to position the company as a preferred employer.
Manage and enhance the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, career pages, and other recruitment channels.
Monitor and improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and industry networks for talent pipeline development.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution.
Develop talent pipelines for key roles.
Oversee onboarding, engagement, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
Design initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
Identify organizational training needs and implement structured learning programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Monitor effectiveness of training programs through measurable outcomes.
Design and implement performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs).
Guide managers on performance reviews, feedback, and development plans.
Act as a key escalation point for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines in line with legal requirements and best practices.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ISO standards (ISO 270001)
Oversee disciplinary actions and ensure fair and consistent processes.
Oversee payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee records.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of HR data.
Improve HR processes through automation and efficiency improvements.
Required KSAB
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Strong experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and digital recruitment platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
