Job Description
Classic Tech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR operations. This role will primarily focus on HR documentation, employee grievance handling, and providing support in recruitment activities. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation
- Support the HR team in handling employee queries and grievances professionally
- Help ensure proper documentation for onboarding, confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining data accuracy
- Provide administrative support for HR operations
- Support recruitment activities such as CV screening and interview coordination
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running (BBA, BBS, BBM, or related field)
- Strong interest in Human Resource Management, especially in employee relations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
