Job DescriptionOur Client, Nemax Nepal is looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven Technical Sales Manager / Technical Sales Executive to handle the sales of industrial machinery such as laser machines, inkjet printers, and other industrial equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of machinery and electronics and be able to clearly explain product features, specifications, and benefits to clients. This role requires the ability to influence B2B clients, justify product value, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell industrial machinery including laser machines, inkjet printers, and related equipment.
- Clearly explain technical features, specifications, and benefits of machines to potential clients.
- Handle B2B sales and build strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
- Justify product pricing by explaining technical advantages, quality, durability, and return on investment to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads in the market.
- Guide, support, and coordinate with the existing sales team to improve overall sales performance.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the Sales Head.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to clients when required.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and new technologies in industrial machinery.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Business, or a related field (technical background preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery, electronics, or industrial equipment.
- Experience in technical sales or B2B product sales is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and convincing manner.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in guiding or managing a sales team is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office software.
- Experience in industrial machinery, laser equipment, or printing technology sales.
- Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a competitive sales environment.
