Job Description:

  • Kitchen Operations
  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and overall food production.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards.
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating during service hours.
  • Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.


  • Team Supervision & Training
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
  • Train junior chefs and kitchen assistants on cooking techniques, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Schedule kitchen staff shifts in coordination with the Head Chef.


  • Quality Control & Hygiene
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas.


  • Inventory & Cost Control
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure the timely availability of ingredients.
  • Minimize food wastage and support cost control initiatives.


  • Menu Planning & Innovation
  • Assist in menu development, new dish creation, and seasonal menu planning.
  • Suggest improvements to recipes and presentation styles.
  • Support special events, banquets, and customized menus.


Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's in Hotel Management or relevant.
  • 10+ years of Experience in the reputed hotel industry.
