This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will manage the admissions process by assisting prospective students and their families, evaluating applications, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. They will provide guidance on international admissions processes, maintain accurate admission records, and address inquiries to uphold exceptional customer service. Collaboration with other departments and attending outreach events to promote the institution will also be a part of the role.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and team members
- Experience and knowledge in International Admissions processes and related procedures
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide timely support and accurate information
- Background in Education or experience working in an educational environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and handle a dynamic work environment
